Q. Will I be charged when I sign up for an account?
A. Yes. When you sign up for your new Facility-Zone account you will be charged the one-off setup fee.
Q. Are there any other fees?
A. Yes. Ther is an annual renewal and a per booking or cancellation fee known as the booking fee.
Q. Will we be able to take bookings even from people who cannot get to an internet connected device?
A. Yes. You will be given a bookings hotline number which anyone can call to make their bookings.
Q. What if I’m not happy with Facility-Zone are we tied into a contract?
A. We think you will like Facility-Zone or any of our zones for that matter, however in the unlikely event that you don’t then you can cancel your contract at any time! All we ask is that you tell us why.
